STOP-members are expert military operators, experienced warriors
and special operation personnel .
STOP teams, unlike our
ERT teams
who operate more as emergency rescue team and high risk intel and
protection assigments, are being put into action in long-term
assignments and pre-emptive measures, as protective forces in a
more military sense and context. But unlike many other PMC, STOP does not stop at pure military tactics - in fact: that's
just where we begin! This world
is just too complex, due to globalisation and international
terrorism for instance, to simply act in pure military style. Both
official armies and international players in commerce and industry
outsorce security and military services and tasks. Politics and
economics do play a VERY important role in private military
operations, thus a private military operator of high standard MUST
have necessary skills in those fields also.
Any security operator without intricate knowledge of politics,
economics, law, strategy AND security/military tactics won't be
able to really serve a client who seeks to protect assets,
interests and global image of his company and his staff and
management as well. It won't do to simply go in, hit a target,
pull out and leave the mess to others... This world, to say it
again, is much too complicated for that.
The STOP-units are highly trained
private military units - the leaders are extremely well trained
officers. EUBSA can deploy about platoon strength at any time,
anywhere on the globe at short notice - fully self-contained. We
offer military training
for newcomers, as well as special tactics training, counter terror,
close protection training for security operators.

The STOP teams are close family. It's NOT
just another PMC. We don't regard our staff as "mercs" that can be exploited
and "burned". We are looking for highly skilled soldiers to begin with. They
will be trained in all neccessary aspects. THAT means: they must be WILLING to
learn, to accept new ways, lear new subjects. It's NOT all about gun slinging,
gung-ho macho stuff and the like. Granted, we still ARE soldiers... but we are
professional modern PRIVATE soldiers. That means, we DO know about the needs
of our clients, about running a company, about politics and about all those
complex issues of the modern world.
